Kim Kardashian rumoured to collaborate with Fendi on a Skims collection

The latest rumour in the world of fashion is the collaboration between Fendi and Skims! The Italian high-end brand is set to collaborate with Kim Kardashian's shapewear label Skims, and some pictures have surfaced online too. Instagram account @connie_personal_shopping, a personal shopper based in the U.K., posted a selection of pictures of stretch knitted midi and mini body-con dresses to her Instagram Stories, including an ivory white cropped top and pencil skirt set, featuring both companies' logos. The personal shopper added captions to the snaps, suggesting a November release of the collection, and added that she was taking preorders for it, however, her Instagram stories were then taken down.

Rumors of a potential Fendi and Skims collaboration surfaced online earlier this year when Kim Kardashian was seen at the company’s headquarters at the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana in Rome. The Reality TV star turned business mogul Kim Kardashian and Kim Jones have also been good friends for a long time, and both are often seen together at fashion shows' front rows.

Kim Jones, the British designer, who is Fendi’s artistic director of haute couture, ready-to-wear and fur collections for women, was behind the collaboration between Louis Vuitton and Supreme, and has brought streetwear onto the global luxury radar. He has also made collaborations an integral part of his tenure at Dior Men, and since taking over the creative lead at Fendi, Jones has been refreshing the image of the luxury house. Representatives from Fendi and Skims have not commented on the rumours as of now.
