Versace turns up the heat with its Spring/Summer 2022 Campaign with top model Emily Ratjkowski as the face of the campaign. The American beauty shows off the latest styles from the Italian luxury brand, and highlights updated versions of the Medusa Biggie frames. Worn by rapper Biggie Smalls (aka the Notorious B.I.G.), the glasses have been a must-have accessory since the nineties, and Emily flaunts the updated versions, photographed by Mert & Marcus. The oversized frames come in bold shapes and colors, and the model also flaunts whimsical prints by Donatella Versace. The campaign has been styled by Jacob K, with creative direction by Ferdinando Verderi.
Captured in a series of images by the photographic duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Ratajkowski and Maluma fully embody the dynamism and stardom of new season shades and optical styles which reinterpret Versace’s iconic Medusa Biggie style. Hairstylist Paul Hanlon has given Emily wind-blown waves, with makeup by Diane Kendal. Earlier this year, Emily also posed for the Versace’s La Medusa Mini bag campaign.
