Moschino Spring/Summer 2023 Milan Fashion Week Runway

Jeremy Scott continued his tradition of out-of-the-box silhouettes and for his Moschino Spring/Summer 2023 Collection, presented at the Milan Fashion Week, took inspiration by the summer's poolside. The 64-piece collection was literally a childhood dream-come-true, with the designer's ready-to-wear pieces beaming and shining on the runway. Unconventional and whimsical, the runway had a water fountain placed in the center of the catwalk, with the models first walking out in a selection of black-and-white looks, shortly followed by Moschino's burst of vivid colors. Seen in the collection were bold red suits and black mini-dresses adorned with heart-shaped details, and gowns detailed with 2-D cartoon drawings. Printed sets and glittery gowns instantly caught the eye, with puff-sleeved capes, tiered maxi dresses and ostentatious bathing suits which are bound to become a staple for the Italian summer. As known, there's no such thing as subtlety when it comes to Moschino, and so for the accessories, the designer brought animal and donut-shaped floaties, heart-shaped hats and long latex opera gloves on the playful and fun runway.
