Givenchy Spring/Summer 2023 Paris Fashion Week Runway

Matthew M. Williams presented his Givenchy Spring/Summer 2023 Collection during the ongoing Paris Fashion Week. The designer brought a mix of motorsports and evening wear to the runway styled by Carine Roitfeld, and had stars like Doja Cat, aespa, Ye, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz in attendance. Sporting some of the season’s biggest trends, models sashayed down the ramp in shirred dresses in a wide array of colors, paired with gloves. Similar looks were seen in midi-length skirts and tops, and bras were the highlight this season with belt buckles adorning the bra designs of leather and denim. The collection saw a selection of motorsports-inspired looks too, such as sharp sunglasses paired with knee-length cargo shorts. Models also walked out in tweed sets and slip dresses, and for footwear, sported ballet-inspired details on lace-up mules, boots and flats. The collection was completed with cropped hoodies, zip-up gloves, oversized jackets and asymmetrical dresses, and was the typical Givenchy runway, elegant, glamorous and high fashion.
