Italian high-end fashion brand Prada ventures into the realm of fine jewelry, and brings the campaign of its debut collection, Eternal Gold. The jewelry is crafted entirely from gold that has been verified as coming from recycled sources. The designs meet the Chain of Custody standards that the Responsible Jewelry Council established. The campaign for the collection features notable stars such as poet Amanda Gorman, singer Somi Jeon, and actress Maya Hawke. Photographer David Sims has taken close-up portraits in both black and white and gold reflections of the cast, with Ferdinando Verderi serving as the campaign’s creative director.
The Italian luxury brand shares the following information in a press release: “Prada partners exclusively with those suppliers of precious metal and stones who meet the highest industry standards concerning human rights, labor safety, environmental impact, and business ethics.”
