Maria Grazia Chiuri has given Dior's Lady Dior bag an update, launching the latest it-bag of the season, the Lady 95.22. The luxury French fashion house first gave a look at the new handbag at the brand’s Fall/Winter 2022 Runway. The Lady 95.22 is a redesigned version of the Lady Dior, which was first launched in 1995. The purse, originally named the Chouchou, famously got its iconic name after it was carried by Princess Diana, who was known to have loved the bag, and owned the design in multiple colors.
The latest style is a modern spin on the classic bag, and along with the historical roots of the Lady Dior, also features the signature Cannage quilting in a macro-stitched look. The structured silhouette also has slight curves, giving it an elegant and sophisticated look. Complete with leather and metal handles, the bag also features Dior’s logo charm, which further elevates the style.
The Lady 95.22 will be launched in black and white, and the handbag has already become a hit among Dior’s close friends such as BLACKPINK Jisoo, who is seen sporting the high-end accessory in the pictures. The Lady 95.22 is exclusively available in select boutiques worldwide, and is a brand new must-have handbag to flaunt.
