Nike announces collaboration with Tiffany & Co.
Nike's latest collaboration with luxury jewelry brand Tiffany & Co. brings together sportswear and high-end fashion.
Sportswear brand Nike and luxury jewelry brand Tiffany & Co. took to social media network Instagram yesterday to announce their upcoming collaboration. The brands posted a photo of a Nike shoe box in the signature “Tiffany blue” shade with a simple caption reading “Nike x Tiffany & Co, a legendary pair.” Rumors had been circulating of a collaboration since last week, when the early shots of the Tiffany & Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low were leaked online. The design is expected to release this spring, with a retail price of $400 USD.
Now that the official images have been released of the forthcoming sneaker, one can have a look at it. The design is created from black nubuck leather upper and has a Tiffany blue Swoosh on its side. The sneaker also has a silver plate on the back of the heel alongside bright Tiffany blue laces and insole to match. The sneaker also includes silver co-branded plates on its tongue and heel, topped off with the signature Air Force 1 rubber sole and special co-branded packaging.
The highly-anticipated collaboration will be released on March 7th, and as rumored the Tiffany & Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low is set to be priced at $400 USD, and will available for purchase from Tiffany & Co.’s website.
