Diesel's Spring/Summer 2023 Campaign is an escape into a realm of pure indulgence. Known for its fearless and striking designs, the brand brings forth the 'Pleasure Island' campaign which serves as a dreamlike trip to cater to your every fantasy.
Funky and eccentric, the campaign is very in-your-face, and is a hyperreal experience of stylish entertainment for grown-ups, with acceptance for all cravings and excesses, and judgment not having a space. The imaginative campaign was created by a bevy of talented creatives, including Glenn Martens who served as creative director, Chris Simmonds as art director, and Johnny Dufort as the photographer. Pleasure Island is presented as a fantasy carnival for pleasure-seekers, who are dressed to impress in Diesel attire, with their deepest desires guiding them forward.
The campaign includes a diverse range of genders, races, body types, and ages, who support and promote Diesel's vision of nonconformist individuality and self-expression. Not only the news items such as Oval D tops and bodysuits, Super Logo menswear pieces, and couture-inspired shapes are highlighted in the campaign, but whimsical and bold fashion choices take the limelight like worn denim in corset shapes, peel-off camouflage, monster cargo pants, and more. Pleasure Island embodies a carefree, sexy, and adventurous spirit, and is ideal for those who prefer comfort with a touch of exhibitionism.
The Diesel underwear collection for the season features a selection of 90s-inspired bras and briefs, and also includes watches and jewelry, and a fresh eyewear collection in collaboration with EssilorLuxottica, offering a selection of five new styles from aviators to wraparounds.
