Lipa's black and white tweed ballgown was worn by supermodel Claudia Schiffer back in the day. She paired the gown with a diamond necklace that drew all the attention.
The stunning necklace was no ordinary piece of jewelry. Lipa was the first to wear the new Tiffany & Co. Legendary diamond, a white diamond that weighs over 100 carats. The diamond features an 82-facet cushion cut, similar to the iconic yellow Tiffany diamond. The white diamond is also responsibly sourced from Botswana, according to Tiffany & Co.
The original yellow Tiffany diamond was discovered in 1977 and is now one of Tiffany's most famous pieces, with an estimated value of $30 million. Only four women have ever worn the original diamond, including Audrey Hepburn and Lady Gaga.
With her choice of accessories, Lipa made her own fashion statement at the event. She wore the iconic Tiffany & Co. diamond necklace with her Chanel ballgown and made history by being the first person to wear the new Legendary diamond.
