Kate Middleton is a Vision in Scarlet Alexander McQueen Dress at Royal Ascot 2023
Kate Middleton looked stunning in a scarlet Alexander McQueen dress at the Royal Ascot 2023.
The final day of Royal Ascot 2023 witnessed the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, leading the way in glamour as members of the royal family arrived at the prestigious Berkshire racecourse. Radiating elegance, Kate, 41, captivated onlookers in a scarlet Alexander McQueen dress, perfectly complemented by a matching Philip Treacy hat.
Arriving in the carriage procession alongside her husband Prince William, also 41, Kate greeted the crowds with a warm smile. She styled her hair in a sleek bun, allowing her fabulous statement gold earrings from Sézane to take center stage, a notable choice she has embraced before.
Embracing the A-line silhouette of her red frock, the mother-of-three paired her dress with a red clutch bag from Hermes and stunning red suede pumps, completing her impeccable ensemble.
Princess Beatrice, 34, and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 39, joined the Prince and Princess of Wales in the second carriage of the royal procession. They followed King Charles and Queen Camilla, accompanied by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire.
While the scarlet frock was a departure from Princess Beatrice's previous Ascot looks, which often featured pastel colors in muted tones, she looked equally elegant and sophisticated.
This marked the first time William and Kate attended the event since the passing of the Queen in September. The late Majesty, often hailed as Royal Ascot's 'biggest fan,' had attended almost every single Royal Ascot festival during her remarkable 70-year reign, with the exception of last year due to mobility issues.
During the races, emotions ran high for the royal couple as they watched their horse, Desert Hero, triumph in the King George V race from the royal box. It was a moment of joy and pride, following two previous losses.
Throughout the week, Princess Anne, Princess Beatrice, and Mike and Zara Tindall were also spotted enjoying the thrilling races. Earl Snowdon and Sarah Chatto, the King's cousins, were part of the royal procession on the previous day, adding to the regal splendor of the event.
