After a relaxing sunbathing session, Efron layered his look with a black vest and showed off his impressive skills on a jet ski, stepping off the yacht. To cool off once more, the actor made use of the quick shower on one side of the spacious yacht.

Efron explained that the "Baywatch look" wasn't easily attainable, requiring powerful diuretics and a rigorous training regimen. He also revealed the negative impact it had on his mental and physical well-being, leading to insomnia and a prolonged period of depression.

Despite not striving for the exact same body shape anymore, Efron maintains a fitness routine that includes training, yoga, foam rolling, and even ice baths. He finds ice baths particularly rewarding, describing the initial discomfort followed by a sense of accomplishment and a deep inner drive to embrace the cold.
