Gucci's "GUCCI ANCORA" Spring/Summer 2024 Collection Takes Center Stage at Milan Fashion Week SS24. The high-end Italian fashion brand presented its much-awaited collection, created by its new creative director Sabato de Sarno, with a star studded audience that included a FROW of Anna Wintour, Julia Roberts and Kendall Jenner among other dazzling stars and celebrities. Though an animal activist stormed the Gucci catwalk at Milan Fashion Week, believed to be a member of Peta, who ran onto the stage holding up a sign that read ‘Ban Exotic Skins,’ the enchanting show continued in all its glory. Models sashayed down the runway, dressed to the nines, looking impeccable, highlighting Gucci's 90s inspired shift dresses paired with platform heels. Ultimately, the backdrop exuded a strikingly minimalist ambiance, with models donning a color palette that ranged from muted grays and deep navy blues to refreshing pistachio greens and rich burgundy reds. They elegantly strolled beneath an illuminated runway within a vast, enveloping expanse of profound darkness. Statement accessories and stellar bags were also shown off by the models, and the whole show had a vibe of very cool, very glam, sleek and sophisticated yet with a touch of Gucci's signature glitz and glam.
