Noelia Voigt Wins Miss USA 2023 Crown in Stunning Gown and Sky-High Heels

In a dazzling competition held at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino's Grand Theatre in Reno Tahoe, Nevada, Noelia Voigt of Utah emerged victorious, claiming the coveted title of Miss USA at the 72nd Miss USA Pageant. This prestigious event showcased 51 exceptional women, each representing one of the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
The pageant featured a series of rigorous segments, including interviews, a swimsuit competition, evening gown presentations, a final question round, and a final look. The crowning moment arrived with Miss USA 2022, Morgan Romano of North Carolina, passing the torch to Noelia Voigt, officially making her the new Miss USA.
Noelia Voigt, a Florida native with Venezuelan heritage, graced the stage in a striking bright yellow gown that flowed gracefully to the floor. The gown featured an elegant high neckline and intricate nude cutout detailing across the bodice. Adorned with glistening crystals and sequin embellishments, her gown left a lasting impression both on and off the stage. To elevate her look, Voigt opted for a pair of strappy sandals boasting a platform and sky-high block heels, measuring at least 5 inches.
Remarkably, Noelia Voigt's win marks the third Miss USA title for Utah, a remarkable achievement 63 years after the state's last victory in 1960.

The Miss USA pageant was expertly hosted by Keltie Knight and Adrienne Bailon-Houghton. The distinguished judging panel included beauty entrepreneur and One/Size Beauty founder Patrick Starrr, renowned fashion designer Nicole Miller, accomplished actress Vivica A. Fox, and esteemed model Emina Cunmulaj Nazarian.
