While red continues to dominate the fashion scene this season, the enduring Barbiecore trend, which gained traction since the announcement of Greta Gerwig's Barbie movie last summer, shows no signs of fading away. The latest celebrity to fully embrace the head-to-toe pink look is none other than Florence Pugh.

At Valentino's spring/summer 2024 show in Paris, the talented actor made a striking fashion statement in a double-breasted blazer and wide-leg trousers in a soft baby pink hue. She paired this ensemble with a charming bow-shaped bralette beneath and elevated her look with sky-high platform shoes. While this sugary-sweet ensemble might have been considered too much by some, Pugh's peroxide-blonde hair and aviator shades added a rebellious and punkish edge to her overall appearance.

Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield both embraced Barbie pink at Valentino’s spring/summer 2024 show.

Florence Pugh was not alone in her pink-themed fashion choice on the front row. Her co-star from "We Live In Time," Andrew Garfield, donned a candyfloss-pink coat paired with a burnt orange blouse and beige trousers. In the meantime, Paris Hilton took a nostalgic trip back to her "The Simple Life" days with a magenta tweed minidress, complemented by a matching bag and vibrant highlighter heels.

It's worth noting that Valentino's creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli, has played a significant role in popularizing the Barbiecore trend, just like Greta Gerwig. His signature shade of "Pink PP" has been embraced by fashion icons ranging from Zendaya to Anne Hathaway, and, of course, Florence Pugh, following his autumn/winter 2022 show. As hot pink once again made a notable appearance on his spring/summer 2024 runway, it's clear that the Barbie-inspired trend is here to stay.
