Attending the event alongside her sister Paris Hilton during Paris Fashion Week, Nicky Hilton made a striking appearance in a heeled Balenciaga bodysuit. This daring design has become a signature under the creative direction of Demna, Balenciaga's renowned creative director.

Her one-piece ensemble featured a pointed base with triangular toes and slender stiletto heels, creating the illusion of heeled over-the-knee boots with its stretchy black uppers.
