Megan Fox has courageously shared a personal and poignant chapter of her life with the public, connecting her recent poetic work, "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous," to a deeply personal loss.

In an intimate interview on Good Morning America, Fox discussed the emotional aftermath of a miscarriage she experienced while with her fiancé, musician Machine Gun Kelly, whose given name is Colson Baker.

"Experiencing this was a first for me. With three children of my own, the loss was profound for both Colson and me, propelling us on an intense, emotional path, both as a couple and in our individual lives," Fox reflected.

“It's not an exposé that I wrote or a memoir ... But throughout my life, I have been in at least one physically abusive relationship and several psychologically very abusive relationships.”

A mother to Noah Shannon Green, Bodhi Ransom Green, and Journey River Green from her previous marriage to Brian Austin Green, Megan navigated her breakup with Brian in 2020 and finalized their divorce in 2022. She and Machine Gun Kelly began their relationship in 2020 and announced their engagement in 2022. Machine Gun Kelly is also a parent to Casie Colson Baker, whom he shares with Emma Cannon.

Her poetry offers a raw glimpse into the grief of losing a child during pregnancy. One poem paints an intimate portrait of a sonogram at 10 weeks, fraught with what-ifs and yearnings for a future not to be. Through poignant verses, she expresses a yearning to embrace her child, only to confront a painful farewell. She delves into the visceral pain of loss, questioning the cost to reclaim the lost future of her unborn child.
