Jennifer Lopez hit the gym this week in a throwback jacket from her high school days. The 54-year-old singer and actress was spotted working out at Tracy Anderson's members-only gym in Studio City, California, on Tuesday.

Lopez wore a maroon jacket from Preston High School in the Bronx, where she attended from 1982 to 1986. She paired the jacket with ombré sparkly leggings, white Prada sneakers, and a matching bag.

Lopez went makeup-free for her workout and scraped her hair back into a messy topknot. She looked determined as she pushed herself through her workout routine.

A source told Us Weekly that Lopez is "in great shape" and is "training hard" for her upcoming role in the action movie Unstoppable. The movie is set to begin filming next week.

Lopez is known for her dedication to fitness and has said that she works out six days a week. She has also released several workout videos and has her own line of workout apparel.
