Berlin-based fashion powerhouse Namilia continues to redefine daring fashion narratives with its latest collaboration: a nostalgic, audacious Fall/Winter 2025 collection in partnership with Playboy. Following the success of its viral Spring/Summer 2025 Ed Hardy collaboration, Namilia's new collection blends provocative Y2K-inspired designs with elevated craftsmanship. Creative Director Nan Li shares her enthusiasm for the project:
“It’s always been a dream to work with Playboy — it’s just perfect for our brand identity. I really felt like a teenager pretending to be a designer and making my dream clothing for my celebrity fans.”
The Namilia x Playboy collaboration, a year-long creative venture, features an array of daring pieces including pierced spaghetti strap tanks, silk robes, and bedazzled velour creations. True to Namilia’s rave-inspired aesthetic, the collection showcases playful yet powerful designs, from barely-there bikinis to edgy custom charms.
The collection also boasts leather bags ingeniously transformed into skirts, pants, and jackets — each adorned with signature Playboy zippers and keys. This approach elevates traditional Playboy references, transforming them into runway-worthy statements.
Unlike typical Playboy collaborations that rely solely on iconic bunny logo merchandise, Namilia's collection delves deeper. Nan Li emphasizes the brand's intent to challenge societal norms:
