Jenna Ortega just flipped the script on her signature look — and it’s pure Wednesday magic.
At the Season 2 premiere of Wednesday in London (yes, on a Wednesday), the Netflix star showed up looking almost unrecognizable. Known for her dark academia vibe, Ortega leaned even deeper into gothcore with bleached brows, dramatically long dark hair, and a sheer, snakeskin-inspired gown.
Her latex Ashi Studio dress from the Fall/Winter 2025 collection clung to her figure like a second skin, complete with a peplum waist, jellyfish-style ruffles, and a fringed train that mimicked a reptile mid-shed.
But the gown wasn’t the only bold move. Ortega’s bleached brows — nearly white — stood in sharp contrast to her deep brown hair, which was styled in a low ponytail with a knot detail at the shoulders. It was her longest hair in years, flowing down to her mid-back.
The glam sealed the transformation: maroon lipstick against pale skin, smoky eyeliner, a ring of fuchsia shadow, and sharp contouring that gave off Corpse Bride energy.
She posed with castmates Joy Sunday and Emma Myers, both in red, while Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams) stayed true to her gothic roots in a black gown with a keyhole cutout.
Wednesday Season 2 premieres in two parts: Part one lands on Netflix August 6, and part two follows September 3.
