DVF Debuts First In-House Denim Capsule Collection

Diane von Furstenberg has unveiled a 12-piece denim capsule designed for women who move through their day with style and purpose. The collection blends comfort, versatility, and unexpected details, marking the first time DVF has produced a capsule entirely in-house. It’s available for a limited time on the DVF website and at the brand’s New York flagship store.

The lineup includes dresses, jumpsuits, pants, tops, a jacket, and jeans — all rethinking what denim can be. Three fabrics define the collection:

  • Denim Jersey — looks like denim, feels like a soft T-shirt, and stretches without losing shape.
  • Printed Denim — features DVF’s archival Dancing Rose motif, laser-etched for subtle texture.
  • Chambray Denim — traditionally used in shirts, here cut into flowing, feminine silhouettes.

Standout pieces include the ruffled chambray Luisa dress, the Studio 54-inspired Michele jumpsuit in denim jersey, and the floral-patterned Mabel pants with the matching Blair jacket. The capsule runs from XXS–XL and sizes 00–16, designed to mix and match as a mini-wardrobe that transitions effortlessly from work to dinner to travel.

This collection signals DVF’s move toward tighter creative control and focused product drops. By combining soft knits, laser-etched prints, and lightweight chambray, the brand shifts denim from stiff utility to fluid, everyday elegance.
