Rhian Sugden has unveiled the results of her breast reduction, calling the surgery “life-changing.”

The former Page 3 model underwent a breast reduction and uplift last month after her cup size increased from a DD/E to an HH following the birth of her son, George. She revealed the drastic change by posing in the same bikini for before-and-after photos.

Rhian explained that the procedure, which did not involve implants, has transformed her daily life. “The weight off my back, the freedom to choose clothes I actually like, the confidence boost, the energy to move without pain—it’s like I’ve been given a new lease of life,” she said.

She admitted she had put off the decision for years out of fear of regret, but ultimately chose to do it for herself. “Honestly, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made,” she added.

The model also highlighted the negative impact her larger chest had on her health, saying it made walking “unbearable” and limited her clothing choices. Now, she says she finally feels comfortable and confident again.

Rhian disabled comments on her post after previously receiving online abuse from trolls who accused her of “fixing something that isn’t broken.” At one point, she even had to involve police due to threats.

Despite criticism, she insists the operation was as much about her health as her appearance. “I’m doing this for me,” she said, adding that she looks forward to enjoying outfits she once avoided, from backless dresses to lingerie—or even going bra-free.

Rhian, who is married to actor Oliver Mellor, says she now feels “sexier than ever” and is ready to embrace her new figure.
