Rhian Sugden Reveals Breast Reduction Results: “I’ve Never Felt Happier”

Rhian Sugden is proudly showing off the results of her breast reduction surgery — and says it’s one of the best decisions she’s ever made.

The 38-year-old glamour model took to Instagram to share a side-by-side before-and-after photo wearing a plunging yellow cami top, revealing her new 32E figure after going down five cup sizes from a 32HH.

“Just a little after-and-before of the newly reduced (and very much perked-up) girls,” she wrote. “Six weeks post-op now and I’m back swimming. I swam a mile and somehow did it nine minutes quicker?! Coincidence? I think not.”

Sugden explained the surgery has boosted her confidence, eliminated back pain, and even improved her posture. “I feel like I could levitate,” she joked.

Despite receiving backlash online, she made it clear she has no regrets. “To all the people who said I’d be miserable or ruin my career — sending you a bit of extra love today,” she added.

In a recent video update, she modeled the same white T-shirt before and after surgery to show the dramatic change. “No implants,” she confirmed. “Just an uplift and reduction. One of the best things I’ve done for me.”

She also praised her surgeon, Dr. Hussain at Pall Mall, saying, “Huge boobs were a chapter. This is the plot twist. Stay tuned for the sequel.”
