Meng Ziyi Named Michael Kors China Ambassador, Fronting New Nolita Campaign
Actress Meng Ziyi joins Michael Kors as China brand ambassador, starring in new campaigns and debuting the Nolita pochette in denim logo print.
Michael Kors is expanding its global fashion family, and the latest addition is Chinese actress Meng Ziyi. The brand recently announced that the rising star will serve as its official China brand ambassador, marking a new chapter for both the actress and the label’s presence in the region.
If you’ve followed Chinese dramas over the past few years, Meng’s name probably rings a bell. The actress first stepped into the industry at just 10 years old and has since built an impressive résumé with roles in popular series like The Untamed, Blossom, Ever Night, and The King’s Avatar. Her mix of elegance on screen and effortless off-duty style makes her a natural fit for the jet-set energy that defines Michael Kors.
As part of the partnership, Meng will appear in upcoming global campaigns, participate in social media collaborations, and attend brand events. Her first campaign moment already gives a glimpse of what’s to come.
In the shoot, Meng carries the brand’s Nolita pochette, a compact shoulder bag crafted in Michael Kors’ signature denim logo print. The design feels very much in line with the label’s relaxed luxury aesthetic. It’s sleek but playful, with a slim silhouette that tucks neatly under the arm and an easy, everyday vibe. The denim logo fabric adds a slightly casual edge, making it the kind of piece that works just as well with a polished city outfit as it does with a laid-back weekend look.
Michael Kors himself praised Meng’s energy and individuality, noting that her confidence and personal style reflect the spirit of the brand. Meng echoed that excitement, saying she has always admired the label’s aesthetic and is honored to join the Michael Kors family.
With other ambassadors like Suki Waterhouse, Danny Ramirez, and JC-T already part of the lineup, Meng Ziyi’s appointment adds a fresh voice to the brand’s global presence. And if this first campaign is any hint, we’ll probably be seeing a lot more of her carrying Michael Kors’ signature pieces very soon.
