Jordyn Woods Wears Three Custom Danielle Frankel Wedding Dresses for Karl-Anthony Towns Wedding

Jordyn Woods had more than one bridal fashion moment in mind for her wedding to New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns. The model, entrepreneur and fashion personality recently gave a behind-the-scenes look at her final fitting with Danielle Frankel, revealing three custom looks created for different moments surrounding the couple's wedding.

Woods and Towns married on August 15, 2026, in Malibu, California, in a star-studded celebration attended by friends and family, including Kylie Jenner, Timothée Chalamet, Hailey and Justin Bieber, Michael B. Jordan and other familiar faces.

For the ceremony, Woods chose a dramatic strapless silk-wool ball gown. The sculptural dress featured a softly draped bodice, a full, sweeping skirt and an attached neck wrap that gave the otherwise classic silhouette a fashion-forward finish. The skirt was decorated with cascading Chantilly lace and delicate lace appliqués, adding texture without taking away from the clean shape of the gown.

The second look was designed for the reception and brought a completely different mood. Frankel created a strapless Chantilly and elderflower lace gown with an asymmetric pick-up drape at the hip. The gathered detail opened into a high slit, revealing a silk lining underneath, while hand-cut iris lace appliqués were scattered across the dress. Woods had specifically wanted sleeves, so Frankel added a lace bolero over a structured bustier and lace-up corset, creating the fitted effect Woods was after.

Then came the welcome-party dress — technically the first look of the celebrations. The silk satin slip dress featured an asymmetric scarf drape knotted at the shoulder before falling across the back into a dramatic shawl-like train. It was the kind of understated, fluid design that feels especially effortless for a pre-wedding celebration.

The final fitting also gave Woods an emotional moment with her mother and sister as she prepared for the big weekend. Frankel's hand-crafted approach clearly resonated with the bride, who had only around six months to bring her wedding wardrobe together because of Towns' basketball schedule.
