Alessandra Ambrosio Wears Black Intimissimi Gown at Venice Film Festival 2026

Alessandra Ambrosio brought her signature supermodel glamour to the red carpet at the opening ceremony of the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, stepping out in a striking black gown by Intimissimi.

The Brazilian model, actress and entrepreneur, best known as one of the world's most recognizable former Victoria's Secret Angels, attended the September 2, 2026 premiere of Ink, Danny Boyle's opening film for this year's festival. The star-studded event officially launched the 83rd edition of the festival on the Venice Lido, with Ink receiving its world premiere as the opening film.

Ambrosio's look was part of Intimissimi's new Nude Look red-carpet collection, a notable move for the Italian lingerie label as it brought its signature intimatewear aesthetic into the world of evening dressing. The capsule included designs that played with the relationship between lingerie, sheer fabrics and formalwear, with customized styling created for the stars wearing the collection in Venice.

Her floor-length black gown featured a beautifully structured, lingerie-inspired bustier bodice with sculpted cups and wide straps. The fitted waist flowed into a long, body-hugging skirt covered in soft ruching, creating a sleek silhouette from every angle. A low, open back added another sultry detail, while the contrast between the smooth bodice and gathered fabric gave the monochrome design plenty of texture.

She completed the look with dazzling diamond jewelry, including a sparkling necklace, matching bracelet and statement rings. Her brunette hair was styled in glamorous, voluminous side-swept waves with a deep side part, perfectly complementing the old-Hollywood feel of the look.
