Known for The Queen’s Gambit, The Menu and Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, Taylor-Joy has become a familiar face at Dior shows, and this appearance continued her affinity for the French house's more theatrical side.
Her outfit centered on a low-rise black midi pencil skirt, paired with sharp pointed-toe black pumps. But the real focal point was the dramatic completely sheer black cape layered over the look.
The cape featured delicate lace construction with botanical and floral motifs running throughout the transparent fabric. A slightly ruffled neckline rested across her shoulders, while the long, flowing shape fell almost to the floor, creating a striking contrast against the fitted skirt underneath. The combination gave the otherwise simple pencil-skirt silhouette a gothic, almost Victorian feel.
