Gigi Hadid Returns for Stuart Weitzman Fall 2026 40th Anniversary Campaign
Gigi Hadid returns to Stuart Weitzman for its Fall 2026 campaign, celebrating 40 years of stretch alongside Misty Copeland and Yang Mi.
Gigi Hadid is stepping back into one of fashion's most familiar partnerships. The supermodel returns to Stuart Weitzman for the footwear label's Fall 2026 campaign, celebrating its 40th anniversary and four decades of its signature stretch innovation. The new campaign also reunites the brand with Misty Copeland and Yang Mi, bringing together three familiar faces from different corners of fashion and culture.
For Gigi, the campaign has a personal touch. Known as one of the world's most recognizable supermodels, she first began working with Stuart Weitzman in 2016 and appeared in several campaigns during her earlier partnership with the brand. Her return a decade later makes this anniversary chapter feel especially fitting, with Gigi describing the reunion as a “full-circle moment.”
The New York-set imagery gives the campaign a sleek, almost cinematic mood. Gigi embraces an unmistakably downtown look, wearing a fitted black cropped turtleneck with tiny black leather shorts and sheer tights. The styling is stripped back and sharp, putting the long, leg-lengthening boots firmly in the spotlight. Her hair is swept back in several of the dramatic black-and-white portraits, while the minimal styling keeps the focus on the powerful silhouettes and footwear.
Among the standout designs is the knee-high Stuart Power Boot 75, a sleek pointed-toe style with a slim stiletto heel and close-fitting stretch shaft. The Fall 2026 anniversary collection also revisits icons including the 5050 Gisele Boot, Ultrastassi Boot and Stassi Stretch Bootie, while expanding the brand's stretch story into loafers, ballet flats, wedges and sneakers.
The campaign centres on the idea of the modern “Metropolitan woman,” with New York and Shanghai providing the backdrop for a story about movement, confidence and life in the city. Gigi represents New York's sharp, fast-paced energy, while former American Ballet Theatre principal dancer Misty Copeland brings movement and grace to the campaign. Chinese actress and fashion figure Yang Mi completes the global cast in the Shanghai imagery.
Forty years after the brand's founding, the Fall 2026 campaign cleverly looks back without feeling stuck in the past. For Gigi Hadid, it is a stylish reunion; for Stuart Weitzman, it is a celebration of one of its most enduring fashion signatures.
