Held at Guildhall on September 2, the premiere celebrated the return of the hit Netflix series, with Kaya joining co-stars including Theo James and the rest of the star-studded cast. The British actress, who first rose to fame as Effy Stonem in Skins and is also known for her roles in The Maze Runner films and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, returns as the sharp and formidable Susie Glass in the second season.

Styled by Holly Gorst, Kaya's runway-inspired couture look had a beautiful lingerie influence while still feeling perfectly suited to a major London premiere. The black gown featured a structured corset-style bodice with sheer panels through the waist, framed by intricate black embellishment and delicate lace-like detailing. Fine shoulder straps, finished with long ribbon details, added a slightly undone touch to the otherwise polished silhouette.

The design continued into a semi-sheer skirt decorated with strategically placed beaded embellishments, before falling into a fluid full-length train. From the front, the contrast between the fitted corsetry and soft movement of the skirt created a particularly striking shape, while the gown's sheer sections gave the look an alluring edge without taking away from its couture craftsmanship.

Kaya completed her red-carpet look with stunning Bvlgari High Jewelry, including a statement necklace with a touch of colour and Serpenti earrings. Her brunette hair was swept into glossy, soft side-parted waves, while her makeup remained elegant and understated with defined eyes and a soft nude lip.

Sultry, sophisticated and beautifully detailed, this was a seriously glamorous premiere look for Kaya and one that felt completely worthy of her leading-lady status.
