Lauren Jauregui embraced sleek, sultry glamour at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, arriving at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles in an all-black maxi dress.

The singer and songwriter, who first rose to international fame as a member of Fifth Harmony before establishing herself as a solo artist, kept her VMAs look focused on a dramatic silhouette rather than heavy embellishment.

Her black dress featured a fitted, floor-length column shape that followed the body before falling straight to the floor. The sleeveless design had a deep plunging neckline with gathered fabric around the upper portion, creating a sensual yet streamlined finish. The simplicity of the black fabric made the shape and neckline the main focus of the outfit.

Jauregui added personality through her hands, wearing several statement rings and eye-catching metallic hand jewelry. The accessories stood out against the black dress and were especially noticeable as she posed with one hand resting across the front of her skirt. Her long black manicure added another edgy touch to the styling.

She kept the rest of the accessories minimal, allowing the dress and hand jewelry to remain the focus. Her footwear was also kept dark and understated beneath the floor-length skirt.

For beauty, Jauregui went for glamorous volume. Her long dark ombré hair was worn loose in large, soft waves, parted down the center and cascading over both shoulders.
