Barbara Palvin Wears Elie Saab Haute Couture to the Victoria’s Secret Afterparty

Barbara Palvin had already walked the Victoria’s Secret runway twice. Then she changed into something very different for the afterparty. The Hungarian model, a longtime Victoria’s Secret face, swapped angel wings for all-black Elie Saab Haute Couture at the party in West Hollywood.

The look came from Elie Saab’s Fall/Winter 2025-26 couture collection, “La Nouvelle Cour.” She wore a black velvet jacket with a curved, cropped front that opened at the middle, so you could see a black bustier with lace-trimmed edges underneath. The sleeves were fitted, ending in flared, pleated sheer cuffs that looked a bit like fingerless gloves. At the back, the jacket dropped into a long black train, in glossy, almost watery fabric, that trailed behind her. Below that, she wore high-waisted black trousers with a satin waistband, gathered at the knee in a slightly bloomer-style shape. Pointed black slingback pumps finished it.

Her jewelry was all diamonds and gold. She wore a rigid gold collar necklace with an oval diamond pendant and a thin diamond chain looped below it, plus oval diamond stud earrings and a few slim gold rings. Her hair was brown, long and loose, with two braids pulled back from the top, a nice little twist on the half-up look. Makeup was smoky, with soft gray-taupe lids, full lashes, glowing skin and a glossy nude-pink lip.

Stylist Marc Eram put the look together, with makeup by Sophie Haig and hair by Owen Gould.

The party took place after the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Sunday, October 18, at Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood. Barbara had walked the show in two custom looks, and you can read about Barbara Palvin’s two runway looks here.
