Florence Pugh blonde top knot micro bangs

Florence Pugh went all out for Jaguar's big night in New York on Tuesday, October 6. She was at the launch of the all-electric Type 01, and the brand announced her as its ambassador for the next chapter.

Florence Pugh posed in front of the new Jaguar Type 01 at its launch in New York on October 6.

Her look was by British designer Patrick McDowell and was built around a black halter waistcoat. The top had a deep plunging V, satin shawl lapels and a row of black buttons down the front. She wore it with a long, fluid satin skirt that hugged her hips and flared slightly at the hem, with a small train pooling at the floor. Soft sculpted panels at the hips added a peplum-style shape to the all-black outfit.

The jewelry was the star of the look. She layered a sparkling diamond snake-chain necklace with a long lariat drop that fell down her neckline, and added a stack of matching diamond coil bracelets and diamond stud earrings. Her nails were painted glossy black.

Her hair was the real surprise. She wore her blonde hair in a messy, tousled top knot with a few wispy pieces sticking out and short blunt micro bangs, with her darker roots showing. She kept her makeup classic with a bold matte red lip, defined winged eyeliner and a glowy base.

The Type 01 is a four-door grand tourer with a long bonnet that nods to the classic E-Type. It makes about 1,000 horsepower, goes from 0 to 62 mph in 3.2 seconds and has a range of up to 320 miles at sustained highway speed. Prices start at £130,000 in the UK and $130,500 in the US, and the car is expected to reach buyers in the first half of 2027. Models David Gandy, Elizabeth Lake, Jordan Rand and Simona Andrejic also attended, and singer-songwriter Sienna Spiro gave a performance.
