Isla Fisher smiled for cameras at the 2026 Albie Awards in a red satin midi dress.

Isla Fisher turned up to this year’s Albie Awards in a very bright shade of red, and it worked. The Australian actress, who most people know from Wedding Crashers and Confessions of a Shopaholic, joined the guest list at London’s Natural History Museum on October 9. The evening was hosted by the Clooney Foundation for Justice.

Her dress was the Esmeralda Midi from Rebecca Vallance, a label she clearly likes, since she also wore the brand to the Serpentine Summer Party in a pastel pink gown earlier this year. This one has a wide, folded off-the-shoulder neckline and a fitted corset-style bodice with long vertical seams. The waist is sharply defined, and the straight skirt falls to mid-calf. The satin finish gave it a sleek shine without being too much.

She kept the accessories gold. On her feet were Jimmy Choo Rosie sandals, with thin straps around the ankle and a small knot detail over the toes. In her hands she held a compact gold box clutch with a geometric pattern on the front. Her long red hair was parted in the middle and styled in loose waves over her shoulders, and she finished with a soft, natural smile for the cameras.

This was the fifth Albies, the awards George and Amal Clooney launched in 2022 and named after Justice Albie Sachs. Gucci was the evening’s fashion partner, and the guest list also included Emma Thompson, Josh Hartnett, Anna Wintour and Donatella Versace. Amal wore a gold Gucci gown, and honourees included photojournalist Lynsey Addario.

Isla has a good track record with red on the carpet. See her draped red gown at the TIME Women of the Year Gala for another standout moment.
