The 1989 singer not only debuted her much awaited and anticipated music video of 'Bad Blood' starring her clan of celebrity friends, but also won eight gongs for the night.
Taylor was nominated in 13 out of 14 categories, and also made her relationship with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris public.
She was certainly one of the sexiest celebrities of the night, dressed in a Balmain Spring 2015 sparkly white jumpsuit with cutouts revealing skin, and a plunging neckline.
The slinky and sultry look was also paired with an Edie Parker clutch with 'Bad Blood' spelled out in red stone embellishments.
