The day after their wedding, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge walk hand in hand from Buckingham Palace to a waiting helicopter for a private weekend away. The Palace have said that the two would have a future honeymoon overseas a bit later so as to try and reduce the high level of interest in where they would be going. The couple spent the night in the Belgian suite at Buckingham Palace, usually reserved for visiting heads of state. On Saturday, they left the palace in a helicopter piloted by William's colleagues from RAF Valley, where he is stationed on Anglesey. The St James's Palace said, "the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge would spend a private weekend in Britain before the duke returns to work as a search and rescue pilot next week." The couple has asked that their privacy be respected during the coming weekend and during their honeymoon," the spokesman said.
