Lady Gaga covers up in shells and flowers at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards

Lady Gaga kept up with her insane attire, and went on to perform at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards in just a mermaid inspired bikini. The bikini top featured shells, while the bottom was a skimpy thong with floral embellishments covering up just her privates. She performed her latest number 'Applause', and changed her attire five times during the performance. Lady Gaga also had pop art inspired face paint on the side of her cheek.
