Miley Cyrus attended the ‘Paranoia’ premiere in Los Angeles, California, and wore a Proenza Schouler Spring 2013 dress. Her sleeveless leather look was red and black with a snakeskin patch, and featured studs at the straps, and a flared skirt. Paired with her edgy dress were white Celine pumps and a Chanel shoulder bag. A natural make up look and gold jewelry completed Miley's attire, and was perfect for her role as a supportive fiancée at the event, and wasn't taking away the limelight from Liam Hemsworth who stars in the movie.
