Steal Rachel Bilson's Red Carpet Make Up Look of Winged Eyes and Pink Lips

At the LA premiere of her latest flick 'The To Do List', Rachel Bilson certainly looked gorgeous with a pretty pink pout and edgy eye-liner. Her make up artist for the look was Amy Nadine, and we give you a step by step tutorial of how Amy did Rachel's look for the event.

Rachel’s skin was prepped first, using Tarte Pure Maracuja Oil, and then Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer was blended under her eyes.

The foundation used was Tarte Maracuja Miracle Foundation (in light), and buffed with Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Powder Foundation (in light) to remove shine.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Matte Waterproof Mineral Powder Bronzer in Park Ave Princess was used to contour Rachel’s cheeks, and then Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush in Amused was applied on the apples of her cheeks.

Tarte Skinny SmolderEYES Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner in Onyx was used to create a thick and angular cat-eye look, longer than the typical wing. A line was drawn from the inner corners of the eyes all the way to the end of the brow

The same eyeliner was used to trace the inner corners and filling them in, resulting in a thick and edy diamond shape. The lower rims was lined, and the liner was set by patting black shadow on top of it.

False lashed were added and given a boost with two coats of Tarte Lights, Camera, Flashes Statement Mascara.

Tarte LipSurgence lip tint in Amused was blotted first on the lips, then a matte lip tint, Tarte LipSurgence in Lucky was used, and the soft look complimented the eyes perfectly.
