Freeman Bare Foot Lemon and Sage Foot Balm Review

The Freeman Bare Foot Lemon and Sage Foot Balm is disappointing and doesn't work to soften feet or remove calluses.
Freeman Bare Foot Lemon and Sage Foot Balm Review

One of the most acclaimed lines from Freeman is its Bare Foot range which includes lotions, scrubs, creams soaks, and balms. I picked up the Freeman Bare Foot Lemon & Sage Foot Balm which includes tea tree oil, and promises to soothe hot tired feet. Being a fan of tea tree oil, I expected this to be brilliant but it failed to impress me. The foot balm is meant to restore moisture, relieve dry skin, and soften calluses, but it didn't do, rather left a dry and sticky feel on the feet. Although the scent is pleasant, and invigorates the senses with its soothing lemon and sage smell, the texture of the balm is disappointing as well. As the weather turned harsh and cold the balm's consistency became jelly-like and rather unpleasant. Overall, the balm is fine to carry to the gym or on a hot day, when you sweat and your feet feel hot, and you need a fix. Don't expect the likes of a regular cream or lotion such as the Freeman Bare Foot Peppermint and Plum Lotion, this won't soften your skin. It retails at $3.79. Skip it, and you won't miss anything.
