Television presenter Kelly Osbourne was spotted on the red carpet of the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards. The 29 year old wore a Viktor and Rolf look of a studded blouse paired with a black skirt. Her look also featured a satin pink waist band that accented her look. Black pumps and a black clutch completed her look along with a spiked hairdo.
