The sexy black floor sweeping dress had an entire cutout on one side of the dress, and was replaced with a sheer mesh catsuit.

Irina's catsuit-gown hybrid look was certainly eye-catching, and was styled with simple black pumps and no jewellery.

The model bared it all in her no underwear look, and went for a bombshell wavy hairdo look along with come-hither smoky eyes and pale lips.
