The 23 year old rocked a bright blue strapless dress that hugged her curves and showed off her frame. The raven haired beauty sizzled in the slinky look which also featured a bow detail on the bust along with a slit at the back. Dua added a pair of silver studded ankle-strap stilettos to her ensemble, and was seen getting cozy with her boyfriend Issac Carew at the event.
