Bringing her distinctive style statement to the 2019 Billboard Women in Music event held in Los Angeles, Billie Eilish instantly caught attention. Known for her whimsical fashion choices, mostly consisting of oversized pieces to conceal her form, the 17 year old again went kooky clad in a Prada coat.

Being honored as Billboard's Woman of the Year, Billie wore a head to toe tan outfit for the event which included a heavy Prada coat styled with baggy shorts and chunky sneakers. Adding aviator shades to her ensemble, Billie stood out with her neon green hair and even had her nails painted a matching neon hue. Completing her style for evening, Billie wore a statement gold studded choker necklace and an assortment of chunky rings.
