Fashion and lifestyle publication Cosmopolitan UK has announced Jonathan Van Ness as its cover star for January 2020, marking the Queer Eye star as the magazine's first non-female solo cover star since Boy George in 1984.

The Reality TV actor who is a beauty expert on Netflix's reality show Queer Eye, looks glamorous as he poses for the vibrant and joyful cover, and flaunts a ruffled Christian Siriano gown styled with Nike sneakers.

Jonathan, who identifies as non-binary, is full of life for the shoot, dazzling in the off-shoulder dress and striped socks accompanying the sneakers. Warm, opinionated and loving, as seen on Queer Eye, Jonathan defines diversity, and for the interview, talks about his journey with HIV.

His memoir, 'Over The Top', released this summer, and the glitzy celebrity also talks about the tools that help him deal with the pressures that come from being in the public eye, and that include yoga and therapy.
