Adele flaunts astonishing weight loss on 32nd birthday

Sharing a rare Instagram post on her 32nd birthday, superstar songstress Adele flaunted her astonishing and unbelievable weight loss! The 'Hello' hitmaker left jaws dropped and looked unrecognisable as she put her lithe frame on show, owing to a seven stone weight loss. Clad in a black mini dress, Adele, who shed a massive amount of weight over the course of three years, sure did look incredible.

Adele is said to have shed weight for the sake of her son Angelo, 7, and has followed a Sirtfood diet which is a plant based diet consisting of kale, buckwheat and tumeric among other food items. First showing off her lean torso last October, Adele filed for divorce from her husband in September, and is also said to be making new music.

The Grammy winning star posed in the social media snap in her backyard with a huge floral wreath, and thanked her fans for the birthday wishes. Adele follows a 1000 calorie diet and does Pilates and also visits the gym for private work out classes every day.
