The 24 year old smoldered and sizzled in a skimpy thigh-grazing red mini dress which featured sparklers on the bust, along with slinky straps with silver hardware detail. Added to the look was a pair of bedazzling red heels that matching the bust of the figure-hugging look. Bella's flaming red hair was styled into loose curls, and layers of silver bracelets on each wrist and silver hoop earrings completed her style. The sultry dress was a vintage Versace design from the high-end brand's 1996 Fall/Winter Collection, and Bella also wore a red lip with it and smoky eyes.
