Once applied, the NYX Epic Ink Liner dries out fast and doesn't create any smudges nor moves at all. I have oily skin, and on a warm summer day, I can wear this without a primer and it doesn't create any problems. If you are applying it over eyeshadow, the intensity remains the same, and the color pay off is not effected at all.
