In a striking blend of generational elegance and familial bonds, Kate Moss and her daughter, Lila Grace Moss, have come together to front Fendi's 2024 Peekaboo campaign. This marks the first time the mother-daughter duo has been featured in a campaign for the luxury brand, with the global launch set for this month. The campaign is brought to life through the lens of celebrated photographer Craig McDean, showcasing the deep-rooted connection and personal style of both Kate and Lila Grace.

Kate Moss, a longtime friend of the Fendi house, and Lila Grace made their debut on the Fendi runway together in February 2021. This was during Kim Jones' first couture collection for the brand, where he serves as the artistic director for couture and womenswear collections. Their collaboration with Fendi for the Peekaboo campaign continues this fruitful relationship, bringing a new dimension to the brand's storytelling.

The Peekaboo campaign tradition began in 2022 with British model and activist Adwoa Aboah, under the direction of Italian filmmaker Luca Guadagnino. The campaign has since seen contributions from notable figures like Naomi Campbell, each bringing their unique narrative to the iconic bag's legacy. The Moss pairing in the 2024 campaign adds to this illustrious lineage, symbolizing the passage of style and elegance across generations—a theme deeply cherished by Silvia Venturini Fendi, the artistic director of accessories and menswear at Fendi, and a proponent of the #MeandMyPeekaboo campaign.

The #MeandMyPeekaboo initiative highlights the Peekaboo bag's role as a timeless piece to be shared and cherished across generations. Since its inception in 2018, the campaign has featured families and pairs such as Catherine Zeta-Jones and Carys Zeta-Douglas, and Kim Kardashian with Kris Jenner, emphasizing the bag's enduring appeal and the intimate bonds it represents.

Introduced in 2008 and making its runway debut in the spring of 2009, the Peekaboo bag was designed by Venturini Fendi. Its unique trapezium shape, inspired by the playful essence of the "peek-a-boo" children's game, features a double turnlock and gusseted pocket construction. This design creates a captivating drape when open, showcasing Fendi's craftsmanship and innovative approach to luxury design. Over the years, Venturini Fendi has evolved the Peekaboo bag through the introduction of new materials, sizes, and detailing, cementing its status as a modern classic within the fashion world.
