Kiara Advani has arrived in New York ahead of her much-anticipated Met Gala 2025 debut. The mom-to-be shared a glimpse of her warm hotel welcome on Instagram.

Her post featured a cozy shot from her hotel room: a vase of pink roses, chocolates, a mini mannequin cake dressed in a black gown with pearls, and a Met Gala booklet showcasing the iconic museum steps.

After turning heads at Cannes in 2024, Kiara’s Met Gala appearance is set to further boost her global fashion presence—joining the ranks of Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt, who’ve all represented Indian glamour on the Met red carpet.

Kiara is expecting her first child with husband and actor Sidharth Malhotra. The couple announced their pregnancy in February 2025 with a heartfelt Instagram post featuring tiny white baby socks and the caption, “The greatest gift of our lives.” Since then, they’ve kept things private, appearing in public only occasionally. Their love story began during the filming of Shershaah and culminated in a grand Rajasthan wedding in February 2023.
