Anne Hathaway films The Devil Wears Prada 2 in NYC, reuniting with Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt for the 2026 sequel.

Anne Hathaway was spotted on the streets of New York City filming her first scenes for The Devil Wears Prada 2. The 42-year-old actress looked sharp in a matching pinstriped vest and slacks, accessorised with pearls, a necklace, and sunglasses, radiating total boss energy.

In a video shared by digital creator Mickmicknyc, Hathaway is seen stepping out of a building while talking on her phone, filming the scene multiple times to get the perfect take.

“The Devil Wears Prada 2 is officially filming—and YES, that’s Anne Hathaway back in NYC on day one of production,” the creator captioned the post.

Yesterday, Hathaway also teased fans with the first glimpse of her character Andy Sachs on social media, flashing her signature smile in a behind-the-scenes snap.

The sequel to the 2006 hit will bring back original stars Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci, alongside newcomers Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Pauline Chalamet, and Simone Ashley.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 is set to release on May 1, 2026.
