Sarah Burton Unveils Givenchy’s First Campaign—Celebrating Real Women, On and Off Camera
Sarah Burton’s first Givenchy campaign celebrates women and collaborators with candid, emotional portraits redefining modern luxury.
Sarah Burton just dropped her first-ever campaign for Givenchy, and it’s less about runway high drama and more about heartfelt reality. She’s shifting the brand’s aesthetic—making luxury feel human, warm, and inclusive.
Photographed by the talented Collier Schorr, the stars aren’t just the models—they’re the team too. Adut Akech, Vittoria Ceretti, Kaia Gerber, Liu Wen, Nyaduola Gabriel, Eva Herzigova, and Emeline Hoareau headline the campaign. But Burton didn’t stop there: her longtime stylist Camilla Nickerson and makeup artist Lucia Pieroni also step onscreen, underscoring a message she voiced plainly: "The beauty of all women inspires me, including my team."
The imagery isn’t glossy fantasy. Rather, it's filled with laughter, quiet glances, and unscripted gestures—breaking the mold of aloof editorial campaigns. It’s luxe, yes, but relaxed and realified.
Wardrobe callbacks to Burton’s debut Fall 2025 collection are front and center. Think sculpted tailoring with reversed necklines, fluid drapery, embellished pieces, and that unforgettable “makeup compact” dress—an artful nod to beauty rituals.
This is a makeover of Givenchy’s tone—from austere elegance to emotionally invested craftsmanship. It’s intelligent, intimate, and marks a fresh chapter.
